This publication is the thematic elaboration, in which the results of the Population and Housing Census 2011 concerning Podlaskie Voivodship are presented. It includes the demographic and social characteristics of households, families and their population. The publication provides a wide range of information concerning number, size, family and generation composition of households as well as demographic and social characteristics of households representatives.

The publication is presented in a tabular form enriched by graphs and charts. It shows, among others, the description of natural conditions, threats to the environment and environmental protection, demographic and social situation, municipal infrastructure and dwellings as well as culture and tourism in the area of Green Lungs of Poland in the scope of voivodships and against the background of the country in 2012.

It contains extensive statistical information concerning the living conditions of Bialostokian inhabitants and the state of the economy of Białystok in 2013.

The publication contains basic information about land use, sown area, result estimation of production of main agricultural and gardening crops, farm animal stocks, procurement level, prices of arable land and meadows in private turnover as well as price formation of selected agricultural products at purchasing centres and on marketplaces in 2013.
