The publication includes characteristics of individual elements of the environment, the scale of their degradation, pollution and activities to protect as well as information on forestry. Data are presented for the voivodship in general as well as in the spatial division, mainly into powiats and gminas. Selected information is shown by subregions and urban areas with a high risk to the environment as well as against the background of the country.
