The publication contains extensive statistical information concerning the living conditions of Bialostokian inhabitants and the state of the economy of Białystok in 2015. In order to illustrate changes and tendencies, most data are compared with the results of the analogous surveys in 2005, 2010, and 2014 and selected information was shown in a longer retrospective. Moreover, there is a table presenting Białystok against the background of other cities which are the seats of voivod or voivodship regional councils.
